An overview of Goodeats and how it works
Overview
- Goodeats allows your customers to pre-order and pre-pay for items for Collection / Delivery / Drop Off.
- You set the parameters, you are in control.
- We only charge a small percentage fee for each transaction so you only pay us if customers are paying you.
- Browser Tool: No need for an app.
- Unique URL: We give you your URL.
- SumUp POS Menu Integration.
- Queue and Display Integration.
- Stripe Integration.
How does it work?
- Your customer enters your Goodeats domain into their browser, or they can scan a QR code to find your Goodeats Store.
- Customer places an order on their device, selecting from your Goodeats Menu.
- The order shows up on your POS screen in your store. You can view, accept or decline the orders.
- Once accepted the customer order goes into a queue and your customer is updated along the way!
- The item is delivered, or your customer collects their order from the pre-designated collection point.
The ''SumUp POS Enterprise - Goodies'' loyalty app can also be used by the customers to put the order through for the Goodeats platform. This can be installed on Android or iOS devices where you will find the 'Order' section for Goodeats ordering.
Note: For the loyalty points, this would need to be supported in the store you are purchasing from to get the points.

What are the costs?

- You are free to pass on the transaction fee to your customers if you wish with customisable service charges.
