      Stripe Express Fees Explained

      What are our fees are for Goodeats when using Stripe Express

      SumUp POS offers a clear and transparent approach to Goodeats fees.

      We charge only per transaction (see below for the different rates for the different services) which means you’ll only pay us if your customers are paying you!

      This means:

      • No additional monthly costs
      • No hidden fees
      • No strings attached
      • No extra charge for support or setup
      • No extra charge for your customers (like Deliveroo or Just Eat) –  which means the price you charge, is the price the customer pays

      For Table Ordering (including all debit/credit card fees)

      1.7% + 12p 

      Delivery & Collection (including all debit/credit card fees)

      2.7% + 12p

      What happens with VAT?

      VAT is charged on all rates. You will receive a monthly report to enable you to claim back VAT. You can also request it by emailing the POS Support team at pos.support.uk.ie@sumup.com.

      Please note the first payout for every new account is typically paid out 7 days after the first successful payment is received. This waiting period can be up to 14 days for businesses in certain industries. This delay allows SumUp to mitigate some of the risks inherent in providing credit services.
