Troubleshooting iPad WiFi connectivity
The iPad may lose its connection to the WiFi in which a red bar will show across the top of the screen when in the app.
In this case, please tap the home button to get out of the app and then access the iPad settings.
From the settings, please choose the WiFi tab and ensure that the iPad is connected to the correct WiFi network. Please also test that the connection is working by opening a web browser like Safari or Chrome and see if you can search for website like BBC News.
The red bar should disappear once the iPad connects to the WiFi.
If the iPad is connected to the WiFi but the red bar is still showing, please double tap the home button and swipe the Goodtill app up to get rid of it.
Access the app again by clicking on it. If the red bar is still showing, please contact us.
