You can assign a Tag – or multiple Tags – to a product once it has been created. In the tags field, start typing and it will allow you to select a previously created tag, or to create one on the fly.  

Tags are similar to categories (for reporting purposes) but you can assign multiple tags to a product/ingredient, but only one category at a time. 

If you would like to apply a Tag to an existing or new product, make sure you’ve created the Tag beforehand so that it appears on the drop-down menu when adding/editing a product.

Please note that tags are case sensitive.
