The yellow printer icon is located at the top of the iPad screen. There is also a number icon to the lower right showing the number of receipts in the queue. By checking the Print Queue, you can see all the receipts/tickets waiting to be printed. You will also see the option to ‘Clear Queue’ once receipts have been sent. You can also check if the printer is connected to your till by clicking on the ‘Printer Status’ option. If your printer(s) is not connected, please visit our printer set-up guide by navigating to ‘Hardware’ > ‘Printer’ on our Support portal, accessible via our website.
