Importing New Products

Products > Import Products

Once you have completed your product spreadsheet (you will be emailed a link to this), they can then be uploaded as new products onto your system. This can also be used for bulk uploads instead of adding multiple items via the ‘Add new product’ method.

The spreadsheet will need to be in our specific format and be downloaded as a ‘CSV’ file type. If you are bulk uploading for the first time since your installation you may wish to contact the support team (pos.support.uk.ie@sumup.com ) to check it over before you upload it.

Important! Please note this function should not be used for updating existing products, as this will create duplications.
