SumUp POS Network and Firewall Security

If you have a firewall on your network restricting certain inbound and outbound traffic you must make some exceptions within this to use SumUp POS.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide all the domains/url simply as we don't control the URLs used by the third-party payment providers. The best way to go around this is to whitelist the main domain/URLs used by payment providers you use.
Alternatively, you can allow all connections via the POS on a monitored network and see the URLs that are being utilised by the POS PRO app and Apple then allow these on the firewall.

Before installing SumUp POS please ensure the following rules are created:
Open ports: 21,80,443 this will ensure your payment integrations will function and you can access the app store for installation and updates. Also please whitelist the following domains

For SumUp Payments please whitelist the following:

solo-edge.sumup.com

The IP addresses used are 104.18.17.137 and 104.18.16.137. A TCP protocol is used and the SSL (TLS) port is 443

Once you have done this your device will be able to communicate correctly with our servers and function as normal.
