SumUp Point of Sale Rebranding Changes FAQ

Please see below the answers to some of the most common questions about our rebranding!

  1. The new back office is very bright - is there a dark mode?
    1. No, there is no dark mode option and currently no plans to build this in. 
  2. Can I choose to revert back temporarily to the old style of the SumUp POS back office?
    1. No, you can't switch back - although none of the links have changed and you should be able to navigate through the pages just as normal. 
  3. What else has changed?
    1. For now, it's just the general branding themes that have changed - it's still the same system and same teams supporting it. None of the links or sections have changed so you should be able to navigate just as before.
  4. How can I find the SumUp POS POS app on the App store now?
    1. You can find it by searching for "SumUp Point Of Sale (Goodtill)"
  5. Are any of your other apps changing?
    1. For now, the Stock, KDS and Admin apps will remain unchanged. 
  6. Where can I find more information about Goodtill becoming SumUp Point of Sale?
