Common queries regarding the Promotions Module

  1. Can I restrict my Promotion to only work on certain outlets?
    1. Yes, select this option at the bottom left when editing your promo. 
  2. My promo isn't working on the POS app?
    1. Please first check that the dates and times of the promo are correct in the back office.
    2. Then check that the right products are selected in the list. 
    3. Please also check that the promo price is lower than the cost of the products normally - the system will only apply the promo if there is a saving to be made. For example if your promotion is "any coffee for £3.00" and your cappuccino is normally only £2.00, then the promo won't apply.
