Common queries regarding the Promotions Module
- Can I restrict my Promotion to only work on certain outlets?
- Yes, select this option at the bottom left when editing your promo.
- My promo isn't working on the POS app?
- Please first check that the dates and times of the promo are correct in the back office.
- Then check that the right products are selected in the list.
- Please also check that the promo price is lower than the cost of the products normally - the system will only apply the promo if there is a saving to be made. For example if your promotion is "any coffee for £3.00" and your cappuccino is normally only £2.00, then the promo won't apply.
