      How to Access and use the Operator Menu

      Accessing the Operator Menu

      To access the operator menu, tap the logo on the top left-hand corner. This will bring up a PIN pad, enter the assigned operator PIN. The operator PIN was configured in Step X of the Sumup Portal guide (page x)

      The operator menu give you and your staff additional functionality, whether it’s to troubleshoot, connect your card reader, test print or simply refresh the kiosk to update products, images or prices.
