Billing and Subscription details

How to access your billing details and past invoices for your SumUp POS PRO (The Goodtill) Subscription.

Accounts created after September 2024:

You can now access your POS subscription and make changes to your billing directly on your SumUp Payments account via me.sumup.com. Please click HERE to view the changes which can be made or follow the steps below to access the subscription section:

  1. Log in to your SumUp Payments profile (me.sumup.com) using a web browser and click the profile symbol in the top right corner.
  2. Select "Profile details" and then "Invoices subscriptions".
  3. Click "Overview" to view your current plan, billing cycle and renewal date.

If you do not have a SumUp Payments account, please reach out to our billing team at pos.billing.uk.ie@sumup.com with your request.

Accounts created after October 2022:

All invoices are sent to the email address registered during the sign-up process. If you have not received any emails for the account, please check the Spam/Junk folders as these can end up there in some cases.

To request changes to the bank details for the account subscription or any changes to the invoices, please reach out to the billing team directly at pos.billing.uk.ie@sumup.comand they will be able to process your request.

Accounts created before October 2022:

Invoices are emailed to the registered email address every month. You can view or update the registered email address via the POS Backoffice > Settings > Global Settings > Contact Email.

You can also view all your invoices from the POS Backoffice > Settings > Settings > Billing. From the billing section of the POS Backoffice, you will also be able to see your subscription current plan and update your card details if necessary.
