How to download and use your Admin App

How to download the Admin App

You can use the Admin App on your phone or iPad. It is supported on Android or iOS, and is free to use.  

Simply navigate to the App Store or Google Play Store and search "SumUp POS Admin", and download. 

How to login

You'll need to login using your SumUp POS login details. If you don't have access then contact the account owner. If you are the account owner, you can use your own details or set up log in details for another person by logging into the back office ( and navigating to Users > Admins > Add New User. 

How to use the Admin App

The admin app is designed to be a very simplified view of the back office reports. It's meant to be an easy way to view the most important figures at a glance. If you require more in-depth reports/data it's best to use the back office website.

If you select the three lines at the top right, you can choose whether to see an overview of all your outlets together, or whether to log in to see a specific outlet's numbers. 

At the top, you can choose whether to see the data from today, yesterday, the last 7 days, last 30 days, or this week/this month's data. 

You can refresh the screen by pulling the page down with your finger and it will reload. You can also sync by tapping the logo at the top left.
