Changes to account details

How to change your account details

  1. To change your company name and contact details:
    1. In the back office > Settings > Global Settings.
  2. To change your Goodeats store identifier:
    1. Email the request to pos.support.uk.ie@sumup.com including the current store identifier and the new identifier that you want. Please also include your acknowledgment that the change in store identifier "will change your Goodeats store URL and will therefore break any QR codes you have printed and will require new QR codes to be generated".
  3. To change your subdomain name:
    1. Email the request to pos.support.uk.ie@sumup.com including the current subdomain name and the new subdomain name that you want. Please also include your acknowledgment that the change in subdomain name "will require you to log back in with the new subdomain name, and may require you to re-authenticate any third-party integrations".
  4. To change your billing details:
    1. In the back office, please go to Settings > Billing, and follow the link there to update your card details. 
    2. If you don't see this section please email pos.billing.uk.ie@sumup.com.
