Reset App

If you encounter any problems with certain features not working properly you may need to reset the app, by tapping the cog at the top right > Reset App > Confirm. 

We strongly advise first performing a Force Sync, or resetting the app may delete any sales that haven't synced with our server. To Force Sync, tap on the cog at the top right > App Version > Force Sync > Confirm. Ensure that it advises you that it was successful.

Once you have reset the app, you will need your log-in details handy to gain access to the system. You will also need to adjust any settings you have previously toggled on the POS app by going to the cog > General Settings and Payment Settings. 

Please note that data from your system such as products will NOT be deleted.
